We want you to buy only if the product works for you. That is why every product starts with a free trial, and why cancelling and getting a refund are simple.
dzQuali includes a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start the trial, and you are never charged automatically when the trial ends. You only pay if you decide to buy a license.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the customer portal link in your purchase emails from Lemon Squeezy, or by writing to contacto@ingeniaz.com. After cancelling, your license keeps working until the end of the period you already paid, and you will not be charged again.
If you are not happy with your first payment, write to us within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. Because you can try every feature free for 14 days before buying, refunds are not given for reasons the free trial let you check before paying (for example features, compatibility with your databases or technical requirements), unless the Software does not work as described in its documentation. Before you go to payment, your Ingeniaz account asks you to confirm that you know about the free trial and this policy. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
We may refuse a refund in cases of fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds. Where the law of your country gives you additional rights, those rights apply.
